Once the formal build contract is in place, our team promptly begins preparing comprehensive construction plans. We gather all required documentation and submit the necessary materials to the appropriate city or county authorities for approval. Throughout the process, we’ll keep you informed at every stage, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
While permits are being processed, our hardscape specialists will reach out to guide you through selecting the exquisite materials that will bring your outdoor living space to life. We recommend finalizing these choices before permits are issued to ensure a streamlined and uninterrupted project progression.
With permits secured, our team will promptly reach out to schedule the construction of your project. As a Stonecraft client, you’ll have a dedicated project manager overseeing every facet of the build, ensuring our unwavering commitment to quality craftsmanship remains at the forefront. Each project presents unique challenges, and your project manager will be there every step of the way, providing guidance for a seamless, elevated experience.
Our backyard design packages start at $3,500, with final pricing determined by the property scope and design complexity. Typically, our designs range from $3,500 to $4,500, which includes an initial plan and two rounds of revisions. We will finalize the exact fee during our Discovery Zoom Call.
