During the Design Phase, your vision moves from inspiration to a tangible plan. Once all revisions have been completed and the 3D concept is finalized, you will receive Stonecraft’s exclusive design package. This includes your 3D file, high-resolution digital renderings, and a captivating video showcasing the finished concept.
If you choose to work with a builder outside our team, your journey with us concludes here and you will be provided with contractor-ready, printable plans. You can schedule a consultation here.

Our entry-level design option is done remotely and ideal for clients looking for a foundational layout and general design ideas. This tier focuses on the overall layout and concept, serving as the first step in visualizing your project.
Option 2: Build Tier Design ($$)
Starting at $4,000 – Includes up to 3 design versions
This tier provides detailed planning to prepare your project for construction. It bridges the gap between concept and build by including specific materials, supplier details, and detailed measurements. The bid provided is from Stonecraft for the project’s execution.
Option 3: Land Use Design ($$$)
Starting at $7,000 – Includes up to 3 design versions
This tier builds on the Build Tier Design with added land use analysis to account for regulations and guidelines that affect your property. It’s ideal for projects requiring more advanced planning but without the full engineering scope.
Option 4: Engineered Design ($$$$)
Starting at $12,500 – Includes up to 3 design versions
This tier is the ultimate design solution for comprehensive planning and execution. It builds on the Land Use Design with additional support for engineering, permitting, and underground utility planning.
